Yael Stone
Stone was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. She attended the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, and she attended the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone started acting when she was when she was a young person, appearing in the movie Me Myself I and the mini-series The Farm. The main area of her work was theater. She was awarded the title of the award for Best Newcomer at Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and Best Supporting actor for The Kid. In addition to her work in theatre, she's also appeared in TV in supporting roles such as All Saints or Spirited. In 2010, she appeared on stage in The Diary of a Madman. It earned her a second nomination to the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting Actress. The Diary of a Madman was staged by actors from the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York. In March 2011, she returned Sydney to play the leading parts as a lead actress in A Golem Story (a story about the character of a golem), Summer of the Seventeenth Doll as well as As You Like It.
